-Practices will start the week of August 26. The week of Aug. 26, and Sept. 2 they could

Our emphasis is not necessarily on winning but exposing the kids to the game of
football and team play. We encourage our coaches to distribute the ball around so everyone will get a touch…though some might still touch the ball more. We want the kids to play all the positions. We will still keep score and their records, setting up the last game for a championship series.
Teams will play either at 9:20 or 11:00. Games are an hour long with two 30min halves
and a 5min halftime. At the end of the 9:20 game, all kids will report to the FCA huddle location for a time of recite memory verses, give announcements and listen to a speaker talk about faith, scripture, and character development. Kids who are playing at the 11:00 game will also be present for the FCA huddle. Breaking the huddle, the 9:20 kids are dismissed, and the 11:00 games will begin.
