The Area Director is responsible for growing FCA by praying and staffing the area through ministry, talent, board and donor advancement. The Area Director works with staff and volunteers to fund and steward the finances of the ministry.
The Area Director, in collaboration with the Field Vice President, local staff, and Board(s), will fulfill the FCA vision and pursue the FCA mission by creating and sustaining the vision-based staffing plan for the assigned geographical area. As the primary spiritual leader for the ministry, the Area Director models the FCA values in all relationships by demonstrating a steadfast commitment to Jesus Christ and His Word through Integrity, Serving, Teamwork, and Excellence.

The Area Representative serves a local geographic area by engaging, equipping, and empowering coaches and athletes to fulfill FCA’s mission.
The Area Representative, in collaboration with the Director and local Leadership Board, implements and sustains the vision-based staffing plan to grow the FCA ministry to and through coaches in both on-campus and off-campus sports environments within their assigned ministry context.

The Intern assists FCA staff with necessary duties assigned by the supervisor to aid in the successful camp ministry or campus ministry programs and/or administrative support. An Intern is a temporary, part-time hourly position, ineligible for FCA benefits and 401K contributions.

The Ambassador serves 15 hours or less each week in a defined area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission and live the FCA Values. In the FCA Sports Environment(s), the Ambassador implements a consistent approach to discipleship -- making disciples who make disciples. The Ambassador is accountable for ensuring that the FCA ministry is conducted according to biblical standards and adheres to FCA policies and procedures.
